Mr. Dr. Mansour Rahmani, PhD of political sciences and studying consul of Islamic Republic of Iran’s Embassy in U.K. lectured in the presence of a large number of economic activists, the province officials, university professors, and students.
Dr. Rahmani, in this seminar, said: “In today world, the speed of changes and development of information and communications has been widely increased so that companies, if wish to be successful, must adapt themselves with such changes.
“The key point is that we must always rely on our belongings”, he added.
He also mentioned, “We had such conditions during the ear of economic sanctions. Having a positive towards such conditions make us rely on our belongings”
Rahmani, Iran’s studying attaché in Sweden Embassy, pointed out negotiations as reciprocal relationship between two parties or persons and expressed: “there must be specific purpose for a negotiation and it ought to be carried out at different levels to reach an agreement, understanding and/or reconciliation. We must apprehend the conflict of interests and opinions and change our opinions in case of need due to different conditions.
At conclusion, he recalled that negotiation is an art we must learn.
