Kermanshah is the host of the 7th national conference on "Industry and University Interaction" and as it was decided in the initial plans, the conference will be held in the first half of January and the paper’s acceptance will start soon.
He continued: At the second level, the relationship between the industry and the university is mainly centered on the private sector organizations, and the private sector organizations came to work in the field of industries’ workforce training, and at the third level, the university and the industry each continue their own path.
Kashifi believes that although in our country the relationship between industry and university is something between level two and three, now the situation is much better than in previous years and we are in the closest interaction between industry and university now.
Stating that the conference on Industry and University Interaction has been held in six other provinces, including Alborz, Hamedan, Isfahan, etc, Hossein Mirmohammad Sadeghi, head of Education and Research Institute of the Iran Chamber, also pointed out: During the last year, the situation of COVID-19 disease stopped the conference set-up and the conference is going to be hosted by Kermanshah this year.
He continued: The national conference on Industry and University Interaction is organized by Education and Research Institute of the Iran Chamber, the parent university, and the chambers of commerce of each province as the three main parties.
The member of the directors’ board of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce emphasized the need to develop a plan to use the post- JCPOA II opportunity in the country.
Stating that two important economic events will occur in the country with revival of the JCPOA, he stated: The first positive consequence is the opening of space for foreign investments.
In addition, Behzad Babakhani, Deputy Coordinator of Economic Affairs of Kermanshah Governorate, also emphasized the need to increase the provincial authorities of directors to make decisions, as well as the necessity to implement the enactments of the meetings for the governmental departments.

Keyvan Kashfi mentioned the important role of the Islamic Council Majlis in the field of economy, production, and industry of the country and added: " Majlis (the Parliament) has supported the country's production by establishing good laws during the recent years when we faced the difficult conditions of sanctions."
The Chairman of the Mines and Industries Commission of the Islamic Council Majlis announced the follow-up for the development of the country's industrial development strategic document.
Mostafa Taheri mentioned the importance of the existence of a roadmap in the field of the country's industry and the investments that are made in this field and added: The follow-up for the development of a strategic document for the country's industrial development is underway in this regard.
The governor of Kermanshah also urged the Parliament members to formulate the laws in such a way that investment in deprived border areas, including Kermanshah, would be attractive for investors.
Referring to the call for economic activists to receive their major issues, Keyvan Kashfi, a member of the board of directors of the Iran Chamber and the head of the Kermanshah Chamber stated in this meeting: the main demand of economic activists, especially at the national level, is to increase predictability in the country's economy.
Another request of member of the board of directors of the Iran Chamber from the President was to increase the powers of governors and decentralization, especially in the field of supporting the production and employment.

Seyyed Farzad Afzali, Director General of Fisheries of Kermanshah Province, also mentioned the significant capacities of this field in Iran and said: Iran is capable in the field of producing all kinds of aquatic species, especially lobster, sturgeon, etc., and some measures have also been taken in some fields such as the production of medical leech and spirulina algae, recently.
Babak Torabi, head of tourism commission of Kermanshah Chamber of Commerce, emphasized the necessity of setting up a dedicated health tourism organization in Kermanshah in this meeting and it was approved by the members of the commission and said: We must strengthen the capacities of this sector and even proceed towards nationalization of this sector in the future.
Jalil Balaei, director of plan and program of the Kermanshah Chamber of Commerce, also informed of plans to organize an international health tourism seminar in Kermanshah with cooperation of Kurdistan Region of Iraq focusing on Hakim Hospital of Kermanshah.
Mentioning the importance of providing a system for admitting patients in the target country and then referring them inside Iran, he stated: A base should be set up in the country of origin for this purpose after field investigations.
The head of the Kermanshah Chamber, Kivan Kashfi, mentioned the Kurdish horse as a wealth for Kermanshah at the beginning of this summit and said: "We must open the door to commercialization of the Kurdish horse."
Kashfi highlighted the necessity to use the capacities of neighboring countries, especially Iraqi Kurdistan, to export the Kurdish horses and said: "We must have a plan for this purpose to send and receive trade and economic delegations with Iraq, focusing on Kurdish horses."
