At a ceremony attended by the head of the Organization for the Promotion of Trade of the Governor and a group of representatives and officials and economic activists of Kermanshah, the 13 most prominent exporters of Kermanshah province, in year 2018, were honored. According to the Public Relations Office of the Kermanshah Room, at this meeting which was attended by Shariatmadari, Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade; Keyvan Kashfi referred to the recent economic fluctuations of the last six months and said that various directives have been issued in the country, but despite of efforts, we didn't observed any improvement in the condition.
The thirty-third council of dialogue between the Government and Private sector of Kermanshah province with the aim of reviewing the problems arising from the implementation of Article 47 of the Social Security Code, the problems and lengthiness of the route to obtain the economic code, the examination of the barriers to the implementation of Note 3 of Article 64 of the Direct Tax Code and the deficiencies in the seizure of the production line machineries and raw materials for companies and production units was held at Kermanshah Governorate.

The purpose of this meeting was the regional development and convergence of the regional chambers.

The thirty-second Dialogue Council Meeting was held with the analysis of the previous meeting approvals on the area of urban construction, the status of pea import, the examination of barriers to obtain bank facilities for production units and the presentation of the report on the Investment Guarantee Fund for small industries on the agenda was held at the Kermanshah Chamber of Commerce.
Keivan Kashefi, chairman of the Kermanshah Chamber of Commerce, said that the barriers to bank facilities payments is the main problem of the private sector and an impediment to the economical atmosphere of province. He pointed out that the economy of province is small and banks should help it.
According to the Public Relations Department of Kermanshah in a two-day trip of delegations of co-border provinces with Iraq to Erbil, with the presence of Keyvan Kashefi, Iran Chamber board member and a number of economic activists, the Conference on the Development of Economic Relations between Islamic Republic of Iran and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq was held in Erbil.

Following the visit of the President of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Vice-President of Tehran Chamber of Commerce and a board from Kermanshah Province, a cooperation agreement was signed on the construction of rural schools in the earthquake-stricken areas of the west.
At a ceremony attended by the president of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, Kermanshah governor, MPs and economic activists, the leading exporters of Kermanshah province were honored.
During the ceremony, Keyvan Kashefi pointed to the strategic position of Iran in the field of export and numerous export markets around the country. He also added that each of these markets has special conditions and needs planning in accordance with these conditions.

The thirtieth meeting of the Council for Dialogue between the Government and the Private Sector of Kermanshah was held at the Kermanshah Room in the presence of Governor and Hassan Soleimani, a member of the Assembly of Representatives of Kermanshah Province.
Keyvan Kashfi, chairman of the Kermanshah Chamber of Commerce, at the 30th Council for Dialogue between the Government and the Private Sector called for the establishment of several business district for cars, fruit and vegetables market, wholesalers and some other businesses.
In this meeting, the head of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture of Kermanshah, through referring to the only Kermanshah district, "Dizel Abad," mentioned the need for the creation of several industrial estates for various businesses in the province. A long time ago, attempts for the creation of a car trade estate began and the company of industrial estates was supposed to allocate an area for building and construction work, but still nothing has been done. Relocating these businesses decreases congestion in the city and therefore should be considered seriously.
The governor of Kermanshah, Hooshang Bazvand, referred to the Council for Dialogue between the Government and the Private Sector as a local-level parliament with economic approach and said that although both the private sector and the public sector are members of this council, the common goal of both is economic development. In order to achieve this goal, we should have a common language and through cooperation and mutual understanding remove the obstacles and problems of production, investment and employment.
