The 100th Kermanshah Provincial Carpet Working Group was held with presence of the Chairman of the Kermanshah Chamber and a number of activists in this area.

First of all, Keyvan Kashefi, Chairman of the Kermanshah Chamber, pointed out the importance of the long-term national and provincial development plan and the existence of a responsible body for this purpose at the beginning of the meeting and said: It is only through such a body that we can identify and focus on the economic potentials that will development-oriented in the long run.

 

The head of the Kermanshah Chamber of Commerce and Industry confirmed the existence of about 230 national organizations and more than 500 provincial organizations as an evidence of this claim and emphasized: The Chamber of Commerce, as an accelerator, also provides financial and moral support to the organizations.

Referring to the importance of the carpets, Jalil Balaei, director of plan and development of Kermanshah Chamber added: "Carpets are also intertwined with regional culture in addition to their industrial and job-creating aspects."
